These superb BLOCKX Soft Pastels are the result of 5 generations of experience and research with pastels. BLOCKX Soft Pastels are made from pure pigments compressed into small sticks, giving wonderfully soft (but not brittle) pastels. 
Handmade and are of outstanding quality.They are vivid, bright( luminous), fresh and water-soluble, and offer excellent lightfastness.

They have high opacity and are therefore suitable for drawing on all supports but best results will be achieved on specialised pastel paper eg Pastelmat, Mi-Teintes etc.
204 shades of BLOCKX dry pastels . Individually wrapped in a protective foam, they are very clean to handle.
