This Album contains Mr. Liao's 388 paintings in recent years from his eyes through his paint
Liao Xiaoping, born in Jiangxi in 1965, entered the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 1988 to major in oil painting.
He has participated in many national and provincial art exhibitions and won awards with his charming and stylish painting techniques. His art works are very popular and have been collected by different collectors around the world.
In 2019 and 2020, he was invited to be the demo guest of Fabiano Watercolor Festival in Italy. Interviewed as the cover of the 38th issue of the French watercolor magazine "The Art of watercolor" in 2020.
In 2021, he served as a watercolor instructor in HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education.

廖小平，1965年出生江西，八八年入廣州美術學院專修油畫，多次參加省地及國家級畫展並獲得獎項。曾任港資奧美藝術公司總監，2018年優才藝術家移居香港，2019及2020年被邀請選為義大利法比亞諾水彩節示範嘉賓。2020年法國水彩雜誌《The Art of watercolor》第38期封面專訪。2021年香港大學專業進修學院擔任水彩導師，其作品在國內外多次獲獎，並獲大量收藏。
